• Own AI and software initiatives from stakeholder discovery through technical design, implementation, deployment, training, and continued iteration.
• Translate ambiguous goals, operational constraints, and workflows into technical specifications, system architecture, data models, APIs, and implementation plans.
• Build and operate production full-stack applications with TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, Express, React, Vite, Tauri, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL across frontend, backend, persistence, integrations, infrastructure, and operational tooling.
• Design production OpenAI API workflows using prompt engineering, context construction, structured generation, JSON Schema validation, deterministic application logic, and downstream analytics.
• Combine model reasoning with data retrieval, APIs, validation, human review, and conventional automation, choosing probabilistic AI only where it adds value over deterministic software.
• Develop integration layers connecting internal services, databases, third-party APIs, browser automation, document-generation services, and AI providers.
• Design MongoDB and PostgreSQL schemas, validation rules, indexes, and query patterns for evolving requirements, data integrity, analytics, and integrations.
• Implement HTTPS-only routing, JWT authentication, rate limiting, access controls, secrets handling, and encryption practices for sensitive business information.
• Own Azure, Cloudflare, and GitHub Actions CI/CD workflows; diagnose application and infrastructure failures and improve release reliability.
• Monitor latency, application errors, API failures, storage growth, and service health to prioritize reliability and performance improvements.
• Build internal Tauri, React, and TypeScript desktop tooling so non-engineering users can manage workflows without direct access to production infrastructure.
• Work directly with clients and internal stakeholders through discovery, demonstrations, feedback, deployment, and training, translating technical implementation into business outcomes.
• Guide practical AI adoption and establish project boards, sprint structures, technical documentation, issue tracking, and Git-based practices for multi-contributor work.
